Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience in a Home Health setting
• Driver's License

Schedule Notes

• Weekend coverage varies by location and profession
• Some assignments may include a Saturday rotation for start-of-care visits
• Standard schedule is typically Monday–Friday, 5x8s

• No guaranteed hours
