Job Overview
- Location: Madison, Wisconsin
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Day/Evening, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Weekly hours: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule notes: Weekend and holiday rotations based on operational need
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- Experience in an acute care setting
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience with Epic
- Must pass a telemetry test before start

- Wisconsin caregiver screening and BID form

- 2 clinical references within the last 3 years
- Skills checklist
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
- Pass/fail telemetry testing acknowledgement

- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- MMR immunity or acceptable exemption
- Varicella immunity or acceptable exemption
- Hepatitis B immunity, declination, or acceptable exemption
- Flu vaccination or acceptable exemption during flu season
- Drug screen
- Physical exam
- Fit mask completed onsite
