Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Santa Rosa, California
• Day shift: 7:00–15:30, Monday–Friday
• May need to cover one night shift within the contract as needed
• Based in an ASC
• 13-week contract

Role Details

• Surgical Tech
• Types of cases required: Outpatient, Community Hospital, ORTHO, Neuro, Vascular
• Preferred case experience: Inpatient, Trauma
• First-timers accepted
• Weekend requirement: 3 per schedule
• On-call requirement: one weeknight per week, and every 2nd or 3rd Saturday or Sunday from 0700–0700 with a 20-minute response time
• Open to accommodating block schedule: No
• Locals accepted: No
• Pending state license accepted: No
• Guaranteed hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Surgical Technician experience within the last year
• Surgical Technician (1 year of experience)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
• Experience working with Orthopedics patients
• Experience working with Neuro patients
• Experience working with Vascular patients
• Orthopedic Technologist experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Inpatient experience
• Trauma experience
