Registered Nurse — Emergency Room

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Marlborough, Massachusetts
• 26-week assignment
• 36 hours per week
• Day shift: 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
• Every other weekend and every other holiday

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (1.5 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• Experience with Epic
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Pass/fail medication exam at orientation
• Pass/fail telemetry exam at orientation

Schedule Notes

• Facility is open to 13- or 26-week assignments
• Travelers may add 1 of the 3 major upcoming holidays to requested time off, with the understanding they may work the other 2

Important Assignment Conditions

• Two orientation exams must be passed on the first attempt; failure results in immediate contract cancellation
• Study materials are provided before orientation
• Telemetry exam applies to RNs working in units with telemetry monitoring
