Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Registered Nurse

Location: McHenry, Illinois
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Work Schedule

• Day shift, 4 days per week (4x10 hour shifts)
• Shift hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• On-call requirement: 1 day per week plus every 4 weekends
• Meal break: 30 minutes
• No weekend shifts required outside of on-call

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum of 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, with experience within the last year
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Compliance and Documentation

• Valid Driver’s License or Government Photo ID highly recommended
• Proof of name change if legal name differs from compliance documents
• Employment history covering 7 years with explanations for gaps over 30 days
• Completion of facility-specific training modules and policy acknowledgements prior to start
• Completion of sexual harassment training with wet signature, updated annually
• Confidentiality, information security, cannabis acknowledgment, and scanning technology consent forms required before start
• Accommodation request forms for vaccine or fit test exemptions must be submitted within 24-48 hours of contract signing
• Illinois Healthcare Worker Registry fingerprinting required prior to start (must be completed in Illinois)
