Job Opportunity: ICU Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

The ICU Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient- and family-centered care, addressing potential and actual health and illness problems within the scope and standards of professional nursing practice.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience, with ICU experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Notes

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
• Candidates must complete and sign various facility-specific documents prior to start, including job description acknowledgment, standards of business conduct, regulatory orientation, and code of conduct.
• TB screening questionnaire required within 90 days of start and renewed annually.
