Overview

• Travel/Contract position in Madera, California
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 3x11.5 hours, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Role is in the Respiratory unit where kids may be on ventilators

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Pediatrics (2 years of experience)
• Pediatrics experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Military Training Network or Heart & Stroke of Canada
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

• Charge RN or above preferred for references
• COVID vaccines preferred, but not required

Additional Notes

• If fit test or respirator clearance is not completed before start, it can be scheduled onsite at the facility at additional cost
• Facility allows traveler to start with diploma/transcripts or education verification pending if needed
• Facility allows traveler to start with physical exam pending if needed
• Flu vaccine can be received onsite for free if not completed yet
