Description
Pediatric Ambulatory RN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with every other weekend Shift: 5x8-hour shifts Contract: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Job Summary: Provides independent, evidence-based nursing care in a pediatric ambulatory setting. Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, supports patient- and family-centered care, and maintains patient safety and quality standards.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of pediatric ambulatory experience
- Proficient with clinical equipment, computers, and technology
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and patient safety skills
- Ability to guide unlicensed assistive personnel per California regulations and facility policies
- Responsible use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
Preferred Experience:
- Fertility experience
Required Education:
- BSN
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Current California RN License
- AHA BLS
