Job Description

• RN Oncology position with preference for candidates available through the end of January and the first week of February.
• Minimum compliance requirements must be met prior to starting.
• Full compliance profile must be completed within two weeks after the start date.

Required Certifications & Licenses

• Active nursing license verification
• BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation of vaccination/declination
• COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed
• Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted)
• Influenza vaccine or declination (required November 1 - March 31)
• TB Test within one year of start date
• Driver's License, State ID, or Passport
• Tdap vaccination (declinations not accepted)
• Physical/Health Statement (must state clear to work, completed within 60 days of start)
• Annual Respirator fit test (if applicable)
• Prime-specific requirements including education verification, criminal background check, drug screening (minimum 10-panel test), specialty exam, core competencies exam, skills checklist, and orientation packet completion
