Registered Nurse (RN) - Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Four 10-hour days)
Work Setting: Ambulatory Service Center (Same Day Surgery)
Schedule Details:

No weekends, holidays, or on-call required
Flex position with possible floating to main Same Day Surgery unit
Fast-paced ambulatory surgery environment

Job Description

Provide nursing care in a Same Day Surgery ambulatory center adjacent to the main hospital campus.
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical setting.
May be required to float to the main Same Day Surgery department as needed.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Minimum of 3 years of Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) experience
PACU experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Valid Driver's License

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced ambulatory surgical environment with flexibility to float to related units.
No weekend, holiday, or on-call shifts required, supporting work-life balance.
All onboarding requirements must be completed timely to maintain assignment eligibility.
