Indianapolis, Indiana

Contract

13 weeks

Schedule

4x10-hour shifts
Shift times: 06:00–16:30 or 08:00–18:30, depending on case schedule
Call: 1 night call per week and 1 weekend call per month

Required Qualifications

BLS certification
Current license with primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
At least two professional references
Resume or profile
Driver’s license or state ID
Education verification relevant to clinical work
Employment verification for the past seven years
Criminal background check results
EPLS check
12-panel drug screen
