Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of current experience
• Must have been functioning independently at bedside
• Experience managing ventilated patients
• Must be familiar with the Servo U ventilator and proficient in how it functions and its modes used in the NICU setting

Required Certifications / Licenses

• BLS
• PALS
• NRP
• License/certificate verification required within 30 days prior to assignment start date
• Unexpired government-issued photo ID if required for the position

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• Proof of 2 MMR vaccinations or an IGG titer
• Hepatitis B surface antibody titer or declination
• Proof of 2 Varicella vaccinations or an IGG titer
• TB test within 12 months prior to assignment start date
• Physical/health statement signed by MD, DO, NP, or PA
• Background check within 30 days prior to assignment start date
• Employment verification for the previous 7 years
• 2 references from manager/supervisor level or above
• I-9 E-Verify attestation
• 10-panel drug screen within 60 days prior to start date
• Education verification
• Badge photo
• National Sex Offender search within 30 days prior to start date
• OIG sanction search within 30 days prior to start date
• OFAC search within 30 days prior to start date
• SAM.gov search within 30 days prior to start date
• Skills checklist current within 12 months prior to assignment start date
• Core competencies assessment within 365 days prior to start date
• Attestation form acknowledging receipt of required policies
