Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Catheterization Laboratory

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel Contract

Contract Details

• Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour variable day shifts (start times at 6:30 AM or 7:30 AM)
• Shift: Variable days with float assignments throughout the facility and to other system locations within skillset
• On Call: Minimum once per week, including weekends and holidays as needed (30-minute response time)
• Weekends/Holidays: As needed due to on-call requirements

Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications:

  • Wisconsin Registered Nurse (WI RN) license
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in specialty
• Specialty Skillset:

  • Scrub experience in Interventional Radiology (IR), Catheterization, and Structural Heart Procedures
• Primary Cases/Procedures: Catheterization, Electrophysiology (EP), Interventional Radiology (IR), Vascular
• Prior Travel Experience: Required (must have completed at least one prior travel contract)
• Additional:

  • No travelers allowed if their home or current facility location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate in Neenah, WI (50-mile radius rule)
  • Scrub colors provided

Notes

• Orientation includes 8 hours of unbillable time
• Guaranteed hours per week except during holidays when the unit may be closed
• Floating to other facilities within the system may be required based on skillset

This position is ideal for experienced Cath Lab RNs with prior travel experience looking for a travel contract in Wisconsin.
