Position Details

• Department: ICU (Cost Center CC1006)
• Unit Beds: 14
• Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 and 1:2
• EHR System: Cerner
• Float Requirements: Required to float to other inpatient nursing units
• Patient Population: Adult

Required Qualifications

• Discipline: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Specialty: Intensive Care
• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in ICU or specialty area
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – flexible requirement, must be through AHA

Additional Information

• Option for 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week
• Must be able to complete competency exams and skills checklists as part of the hiring process
