Schedule

• Days
• 4 10-hour shifts per week, Tuesdays off

Contract Length

• 16 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Current Arizona Physical Therapy license
• BLS and AED certification through the American Heart Association
• Graduate of an APTA-approved four-year bachelor’s degree program, or foreign equivalent
• Recent experience working with an adult and geriatric population

Preferred

• Experience serving people with physical disabilities

Work Setting

• Outpatient therapy

Additional Job Details

• 12 hours of non-billable orientation
• Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted
• The client may call off or cancel up to one shift per two weeks
• Candidate must be able to lift and transfer patients and equipment, and stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, crouch, and communicate to provide therapeutic interventions
