Job Overview

• Location: Hollywood, Florida
• Employment type: LTA
• Contract length: 8 weeks
• Shift: 08:00 - 20:00
• Schedule: 3 days per week; 13–15 hours per shift; flexible hours may be needed; weekend coverage when needed; Sundays are on call

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Dialysis (5 years of experience)
• Dialysis experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• Knowledge of Phoenix, AK98 HD Machine, AmeriWater, and Centurion R.O. systems

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• License/certificate verification
• Proof of 2 MMR vaccinations or an IGG titer
• Hepatitis B surface antibody titer
• TB test within 12 months before start
• Proof of 2 Varicella vaccinations or an IGG titer
• Physical/health statement

• 2 references from manager/supervisor level or above
