Certified Surgical Tech (CST) - CVOR (Days)

Location: Norman, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Assist the surgeon during operative procedures.
• Maintain a safe and aseptic environment in the Operating Room.
• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure the sterile environment is maintained and patient safety is prioritized.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of a Surgical Technology program OR five (5) consecutive years of training/experience as a surgical tech (required).
• CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience (required).
• LPN with one (1) year surgical tech experience (preferred).
• Current skills checklist pertinent to specialty (updated within the last year).
• Two supervisory references from the past 12 months of employment.
• Licenses/Certifications: NBSTSA certification preferred and BLS certification required. Facility will not pend licenses or certifications.
