Overview

Travel/Contract role in Clifton Springs, New York
Nursing Facility / Nursing home setting
13-week assignment
Evening shift: 5x8, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Every other weekend required
Every other holiday required, if needed
Ratio: 1:10
Floating required within skillset
Accepts first-time travelers
Locals accepted within radius rule

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in New York
Long Term Care (1 year of experience)
Long Term Care experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic

Scheduling / Assignment Notes

RTO, block, and special scheduling requests must be submitted upon submission
Client may cancel up to three shifts during the 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours
