</li><li>Monitor patients with conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, AFIB w RVR, and cardiogenic shock.
</li><li>Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
</li><li>Manage patient needs during night shifts, including floating within the specialty, sister units, and lower acuity as needed.
</li><li>Adhere to hospital protocols and participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled.

 <li>Current ACLS and BLS certifications</li>

<h2>Work Expectations</h2>

 <li>Every other weekend is required</li>
 <li>Holidays will be required as scheduled</li>
