Night shift: 3x12s, 7:00 pm–7:30 am
Every other weekend / 2 weekends per month
Guaranteed hours: 36
No block scheduling
Call: N/A
Mandatory float facility; resources may be floated mid-shift at the facility’s discretion
Level 1 Trauma Center

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of experience in Med Surg
Med Surg experience within the last year
Experience in an Acute Care setting
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Pending license not accepted
Local candidates accepted; local radius is 75 miles from the facility

Schedule / Time Off

RTO limit: 5 days max, with no more than 2 consecutive days
No holiday RTO
No RTO the day prior to or after a holiday
No RTO on weekends
