Registered Nurse Job Summary

Role Overview

  • Travel/contract registered nurse position in Lubbock, Texas
  • Specialty: Neuro Tele
  • Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Floating between units is required
  • Patient ratio: 1:4
  • 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

Contract Details

  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • First-time travelers are accepted

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Texas
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Telemetry (1 year of experience)
  • Telemetry experience within the last year

Required Certifications

  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NIH Stroke Certification

Work Conditions

  • On-call is not required
  • Block scheduling is not required
  • 48 hours are not approved

Facility Type

  • Short-term acute care hospital
  • Level II trauma center
  • 379 staffed beds

Additional Notes

  • Free parking is available in unrestricted employee/visitor parking areas
