Schedule

• Day shift
• 4x10 hours
• 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM

Key Job Details

• Must scrub
• Mandatory circulating and scrubbing
• Call required: 1–2 overnight shifts per week and 1–2 weekend shifts per month
• Start dates listed: 9/21 and 10/5

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• CVOR (2 years of experience)
• CVOR experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Ability to scrub and circulate in the operating room
• Experience with CABG, valve replacement, aneurysm, thoracic (lobectomy/robotics), and TAVR procedures
• Experience with Epic

Clinical Experience

• CVOR experience
• Experience with CABGs, valve replacements, aneurysms, thoracic cases, lobectomies, robotics, and TAVRs

Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number required
• Background check covering all locations lived/worked/in school in the past 7 years
• Two satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year
• Employment application copy required
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• TB clearance required
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap, and flu documentation required or declination where allowed
• Washington state background/search requirements apply
• Facility-specific forms, acknowledgements, training, and modules required during onboarding
