Ultrasound Technologist

Overview

• Travel/contract assignment
• 13 weeks
• Start: ASAP
• Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Call required: 2 days per week and 1 weekend per month
• No local candidates within 50 miles

Required Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist with 1 year of experience
• Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• Graduate of an accredited school of ultrasound or radiologic technology
• ARDMS, CCI, or ARRT
• Recent breast ultrasound experience
• Basic vascular ultrasound experience
• OB/GYN ultrasound experience
• Ultrasound procedures experience

Certifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment

Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID
• Proof of E-Verify or attestation
• 7-year criminal background check
• Education verification, diploma, or full transcripts
• Primary source verification of state license
• 2 clinical references
• Employment application/resume
• Skills checklist
• Physical exam
• Fit test for N95 mask within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Drug screen within the last 12 months
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
• Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Alabama APS clearance requirements
