Home Health RN

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Lebanon, Pennsylvania
• Home health coverage area includes Lancaster, Lebanon, and Eastern York counties
• Day shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Every 4th weekend rotation
• 40 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Home Health (2 years of experience)
• Home Health experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OASIS required

Schedule Expectations

• Expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays
• If the contract overlaps only 2 of the listed holidays, expected to work 1 of those 2
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off

Additional Job Details

• May need to cross county lines if patient care requires it
• May care for COVID patients
• Tobacco-free and fragrance-free facility
• Manager interview required after clinical review

• Government-issued photo ID
• References: 2 professional references within the last 3 years
• Most recent resume/application
• Background check and state/federal screening requirements apply
• PA FBI fingerprinting and Pennsylvania Child Abuse search are required
• Pennsylvania PATCH search is required
• Pennsylvania Department of Aging fingerprints are required for non-PA residents
• Drug testing, fit testing, TB screening, flu vaccination or approved exemption, COVID-19 vaccine documentation or exemption, and other standard health documentation are required
• Personal auto insurance is required for candidates going to the VNA
• Medical statement and residency-related facility forms are required
