Job Overview

Location: Waterbury, Connecticut
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift options: 5x8 or 4x10 day shifts
Call: Weekday and weekend call required
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist (4 years of experience)
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
State license verification
Background check
EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
HHS/OIG screening
Connecticut state exclusion list screening
Photo for badge
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, COVID, and flu documentation or vaccination status as required by facility policy
Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
2 professional references within 3 years of start
