Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Owings Mills, Maryland.
• Home health assignment covering Baltimore County, with support for Baltimore City as needed.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Patient population is primarily geriatric.
• Expected productivity is 30 points per week, about 6 points per day.
• Visit notes and other documentation should be submitted within 24–48 hours of the visit.
• Contract length: 14 weeks.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maryland.
• Home Health experience within the last year.
• 2 years of Home Health experience.
• One completed travel assignment.
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Experience in an Acute Care or Long Term Care setting.
• Driver's License.
• Wound VAC experience.
• IV therapy and home infusion experience.
• Central line and port care experience.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• Starting and maintaining IVs.
• Feeding tube and G-tube management experience.
• Ostomy management experience.
• Urinary catheter management experience.
• Disease management and education experience.
• Experience with OASIS.

Scheduling / Operations

• On-call coverage may be requested based on need.
• Weekends could be required.
• Block scheduling is not accepted.
• Locals are accepted.
• One pre-approved time-off request is permitted per contract.

Charting

• WellSky/Kinnser.

Dress Code

• Scrubs or business casual.
