Physical Therapist — Acute Care Hospital

Overview

Travel/contract role in Pinehurst, North Carolina
Start date: ASAP
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, day shift, 5x8 hours
Assignment may be in Acute Care or IRC depending on volume
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year

Required Credentials and Compliance

Government-issued photo ID
Background check covering all locations lived/worked/in school in the past 7 years
EPLS/GSA/SAM check
HHS/OIG check
BLS certification
State license verification
NPI number required and verified before start
Color blind testing
Competency exam
Physical exam
Tdap within 10 years of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
TB questionnaire if there is a history of past positive TB
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
Two clinical references, with one from a supervisor or higher
Completed application/resume
