Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Mission Viejo, California
• Float position in Float Pool Pod A ICU
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Ratios: 1:2
• First-timers accepted
• May be required to float to different ICU floors, float down for up to 100% of shifts, and float to lower acuity including Tele floor
• Weekends will likely exceed every other to meet unit needs
• Must be open to working 3 of 5 major holidays
• Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered
• May be required to float to Providence Mission Laguna

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Critical Care Float (1 year of experience)
• Critical Care Float experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience

• RTO must be included at time of submission
• Guaranteed hours may be adjusted if the facility calls off once per two-week pay period
• Local radius is 50 miles
• Epic is used for charting
