Role Overview

• Travel/Contract RN position based in a 22-bed adult MS Oncology unit.
• This is a MedSurg role that frequently floats to Stepdown and MS/Tele units, and the traveler must be comfortable doing both.
• The role frequently floats to the PCU unit as needed.
• 1st time travelers are accepted.
• Contract length: 13 weeks.
• Possible extension: Yes.
• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00.
• Schedule includes weekdays, every other weekend, float, and holidays as needed.
• Scrubs provided: No; royal blue/white required.
• EMR: Meditech.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in South Carolina
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg experience
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• IV insertion skills
• Cannot live within 50 miles of the facility
• No license or background hits accepted

Preferred Qualifications

• Travel experience preferred.
