Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 18 weeks
Job Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekend Requirement: None
- Caseload: Maximum of 8 to 10 patients per day
- Patient Care: Dedicated 1-on-1 care, focus on high-risk individuals
- Work Environment: Supportive and collaborative team, strong work-life balance with built-in documentation time to reduce after-hours work
- Additional Skills: Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups, proficient with computer-based EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- EMR System: Elation
- Scrubs: Provided or wear black
- Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Spanish
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience in an outpatient setting
- Current BLS Certification
- Fluency in Spanish

- Locals are eligible for the same rate
- Potential for travel assignment to convert to permanent hire if mutually interested
- Interview availability requested for Tuesdays or Fridays
