Position Details

Experience & Certification Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: Preferred 2+ years of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) experience

- BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA or ARC only
- ARDMS (OB/GYN) certification
- Radiation Badge: Not required for this position
- State License: South Carolina license must be in hand prior to start (no pending state license accepted)

- Annual background check covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
- Includes SSN Trace, statewide, national criminal, sex offender registry, FACIS 3, and international searches if applicable
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start and updated for renewals
- Education Verification: Required; diploma or transcripts accepted as placeholder if verification pending
- Licensure Verification: Primary source verification required; all licensure hits must be approved by facility
- NURSYS Verification: Required for RNs and LPNs/LVNs
- References: Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
- Employment History: Last 3 clinical employers verified; attestation letters accepted only if other verification methods exhausted

- Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella: Positive titer or vaccination series required; boosters if low or negative titer
- Hepatitis B: Titer, vaccine series, or declination required
- TB Testing: T-spot or Q-Gold within 90 days of start; annual TB questionnaire required
- Drug Testing: 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start; no instant tests accepted
- Flu Vaccination: Required during flu season (Aug 1 - Apr 30); medical/religious exemptions accepted but no declinations
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Not required but highly preferred; vaccination records must be uploaded or declination form completed
