Physical Therapist (Home Health) - Travel/Contract

Location: Modesto, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days x 8 hours)

Job Description

Provide physical therapy services primarily to a geriatric population.
Weekly productivity expectations: 7-8 points.
Charting system: Perfect Notefield (training provided).
Flexible schedule on some occasions.
Supportive management willing to train and assist.
Phone interview required.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in California.
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience.
Physical Therapist experience within the last year.

Additional Information

No prior travel experience required.
Training and support available for charting and clinical processes.
