Location: Decatur, Illinois
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Specialty: Medical Surgical - Neuro
Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (18:00 - 06:30)
Average Daily Census: 32 patients
Work Schedule: Will work every other weekend; floating within scope as needed
Guaranteed Hours: Subject to client call-offs up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without pay; on-call shifts count as called-off shifts
Local Candidates: Accepted with no radius restrictions
Block Scheduling: Schedule requests can be discussed with manager
Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital, Level II Trauma Center

Parking: Permit required, no cost

Valid RN license in Illinois
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Blood product administration
Central line blood draws
PICC line management
Chest tubes (Emerson/Pleur-evac)
CPAP/BiPAP experience
Pre/post thoracic surgery care
Tracheostomy management
Experience with Cerner electronic medical record system
