RN - Geri Psych - Contract

Location

New York, New York

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

  • Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Every other weekend
  • 3x12 schedule

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in New York
  • BLS
  • CPI or PMCS
  • Psychiatric experience within the last year
  • 2 years of psychiatric experience
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Geriatrics experience
  • 1 year travel experience for Travel positions

Preferred Qualifications

  • EPIC experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Associate degree in nursing considered only with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN program

  • Provides safe, competent nursing care to a designated patient group
  • Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and patient care delivery
  • Performs charge nurse duties as assigned
  • Supports quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives
