Work Schedule

Days, 10-hour shifts
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Weekends closed

Job Summary

Provide individualized care in outpatient infusion settings under supervision
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care according to policies and Nurse Practice Act
Collaborate with physicians, patients/families, and healthcare team members
May float to other nursing units within the cluster or similar departments
Care focused on adult ambulatory patients receiving infusions such as chemotherapies, hydrations, irons, blood products, IVIGs, antibiotics, chemo injections, and immunotherapies

Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification

Experience

Minimum 1 year of infusion experience, including infusion experience within the last year
Experience in an outpatient setting
Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Education

Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
