Registered Nurse - Home Hospice

Location: Dallas, Mississippi
Employment Type: Long Term Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: Monday to Friday, Days (AM shift)
Coverage Area: Clinton, Raymond, Vicksburg, and surrounding territories within a 60-mile radius

Job Description

Provide home hospice care with a productivity expectation of 24-30 visits per week for a 40-hour workweek.
May be asked to assist in other territories within the service area as needed.
Any overtime requires prior written approval from the Administrator.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Mississippi
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum of 1 year hospice experience, with hospice experience within the last year
Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) software
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required

Start date: ASAP
Two weeks cancellation notice required.
