13-week contract
Day shift, 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
Department: Psych Assessment HCW
Supports both inpatient Behavioral Health and ED/med floors for psych assessments and level of care assessments
Caseload: up to 10 patients per day on the inpatient unit, or 3-4 consults per day on the med floors/ED

Business casual dress code
1:1 training with the Lead Therapist
Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote
Radius: 60 miles
Driver’s license must be submitted
EMR: EPIC
