Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

12-hour night shifts
Every other weekend required
Some holidays required, including 2 of 3 winter holidays
No block scheduling
May be placed on standby and called in during the shift

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Float experience within the last year
1 year of float experience
ACLS
BLS

Unit Details

Med-surg float pool covering general medicine, cardiology, all med-surg units, ED boarding, post-surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, behavioral health, and medical oncology
Central telemetry monitoring is used; nurses do not need to read their own strips
Charge nurses and CNAs are available

Additional Notes

Local candidates are not accepted within a 50-mile radius
12 hours of non-billable orientation in the first work week
Scrubs may be any color
