Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Chronic Dialysis)
Location: Syracuse, New York
Assignment Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Job Details
- Specialty: Chronic Dialysis RN
- Shift: Day shift
- Hours per day: 10 hours
- Hours per week: 40 hours
- Clinic operates 6 days per week
- Saturday rotation is required
- Number of dialysis machines: 27 (Phoenix machines)
- Patient load: 134 patients scheduled for dialysis 4 days per week
- Shift length and schedule may vary based on clinic census and staffing needs
- Float is not allowed
- Scheduling requests or blocked schedules are not accommodated; availability must be flexible to meet clinic needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient dialysis nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Additional Information
- Travelers must be available for scheduling as-needed based on clinic census and staffing needs
- No guaranteed call or float responsibilities
