Assignment Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension)
Start Date: ASAP

Hours per week: 40 hours
Clinic operates 6 days per week
Saturday rotation is required
Number of dialysis machines: 27 (Phoenix machines)
Patient load: 134 patients scheduled for dialysis 4 days per week
Shift length and schedule may vary based on clinic census and staffing needs
Float is not allowed
Scheduling requests or blocked schedules are not accommodated; availability must be flexible to meet clinic needs

Valid RN license in New York
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of outpatient dialysis nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Travelers must be available for scheduling as-needed based on clinic census and staffing needs
No guaranteed call or float responsibilities
