Pharmacist Travel Position - Dallas, Texas

Job Details

  • Employment Type: Travel
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Location: Inpatient Pharmacy, 1st Floor, Forest Lane
  • Shift: Rotating shifts (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
  • Hours per Week: 36
  • Unit Type: MedSurg/ICU, designated for critical care
  • Patient Census: 500-600 daily
  • Unit Size: Approximately 600 beds
  • Typical Equipment: DoseEdge (preferred experience), Pyxis ES (nice to have), Meditech EMR

Job Description

  • Provide pharmacy services in a busy inpatient critical care setting.
  • Work primarily in the inpatient pharmacy unit.
  • Position requires a proactive, busy personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dress code: Maroon/wine scrubs.
  • Weekend schedule: Every other weekend required.
  • On-call duties may be required.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Clinical Pharmacist license in Texas
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical pharmacist experience within the last year
