Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Unit (CCU)

Location: Somerset, Kentucky
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

  • Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
  • Number of Openings: 1
  • Float Requirements: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius
  • Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in acute care facility

Required Certifications and Licenses

  • Registered Nurse (RN) License valid in Kentucky
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Kentucky
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Coronary Care Unit (CCU) within the last year
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care facility
  • Experience in Neuro ICU
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Experience in an acute care setting

Additional Information

  • Experience in critical care nursing (CCU) is required
  • Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
