Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) (Afternoons)

Job Description

• Position in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at a Level I Trauma Center.
• Facility provides specialty services including heart and cancer care, advanced neuroscience, and multi-organ transplant programs.
• Start date should be on or very soon after the order start date.
• Return to Office (RTO) requests must be less than 7 days, not approved during the first week or holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona or Compact RN license.
• Minimum 24 months of current PACU experience.
• Active American Heart Association certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• Flu vaccination required (declinations accepted with proper forms).
• Valid Driver’s License (note: candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will NOT be considered).
• Clean license verification with no hits at time of submission.
• Prior travel experience required.
• Completion of specific learning modules prior to assignment start.
• Skills checklist specific to PACU discipline required.
• Resume must include all facilities worked, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units.
• Must comply with specific background and compliance requirements.

Additional Information

• Candidates must be ready to accept and pre-closed for submission.
• All shifts and departments open to working must be clearly indicated.
• Cancellation of assignment by client or vendor requires 7 days written notice without penalty.
• Non-billable hours adjusted to 16 hours per assignment.
