Overview

Travel/Contract role in Bend, Oregon
13-week assignment
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
40 hours per week
Census: 10

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Cardiac Cath Lab (1 year of experience)
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with diagnostic and interventional hemodynamic monitoring
Experience with neuro-intervention procedures
Experience with vascular interventions
Experience with structured heart exams
Experience with conscious sedation on adults
Experience with non-invasive diagnostic procedures for cardiovascular assessment

Epic charting preferred

Clinical Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional hemodynamic monitoring
Perform Neuro-intervention, Vascular, and Structured heart exams
Perform hemodynamic monitoring on Cath lab specific equipment
Perform conscious sedation on adults following policies and guidelines
Perform diagnostic hemodynamic monitoring and other Non-Invasive Diagnostic Procedures to assess the Cardiovascular System
Assist in recovery of Cath Lab patients as needed in SSU or PACU

Schedule Notes

On-call required: 1–2 weeknights and 1 weekend every 4 weeks
Does not float within scope to meet facility needs
Local candidates not accepted; 75-mile rule applies
RTO restriction: 7 days
