Role Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Cleveland, Ohio.
• Based in Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics.
• May float as needed to CCF facilities, including Avon, Euclid, Fairview, Lutheran, and Pulmonary Main Campus.
• Weekends as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience).
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year.
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio.
• NBRC.
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association.
• Two recent satisfactory pre-employment references.
• Application must include 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the pending assignment.
• Unit-specific skills checklist.
• Transcript/diploma.
• Valid government-issued photo ID.
• Pre-employment physical within 1 year of start.
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start.
• Negative 2-step PPD or Quantiferon Gold TB test/T-Spot within 6 months of start, or chest x-ray if there is a past positive TB history.
• Fit mask within 12 months of start.
• FBI and BCI fingerprints within 12 months of start.
• Criminal background check prior to start.
• I9/E-Verify attestation.
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement.
• Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start.
• Online training modules completed before start.
• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season.
• Required immunization or immunity documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella.

Preferred

• AHA non-RQI BLS is preferred over RQI.

Scheduling / Logistics

• All RTO and scheduling requests must be communicated during submission and interview.
• Copies of required certifications must be included with submission.
• Must be able to complete onboarding modules on a computer using Chrome.
