Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Home Health (1 year of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
OASIS experience/training
HCHB experience is required, but training can be provided during orientation
Clean, professional-looking scrubs

Locals are okay
Tablet and phone are provided
Comp time during the week is used to adjust for weekend productivity/hours
The role includes completion of facility-assigned onboarding/training modules before start
