Position Overview
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting Home Health assignment in Richmond, VA. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Home Health RN who enjoys providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes.
This assignment offers a $2,500 weekly blended rate and scheduling flexibility, with a preferred Thursday–Monday schedule. Candidates who prefer a traditional Monday–Friday schedule are also encouraged to apply!
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation and be confident managing the clinical needs of patients throughout the home health episode of care.
Assignment Details
- $2,500 per week blended rate
- Thursday–Monday schedule preferred
- Monday–Friday schedule also available
- Home Health setting
- Patient-centered, skilled nursing care
- Must be comfortable working independently in patients’ homes
- Strong documentation and assessment skills required
Requirements
- Active and valid Virginia RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Previous Home Health RN experience
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required
- OASIS charting/documentation experience required
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a home health caseload
