Position Details
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Weekend Requirement: No weekends required
- On-call: Not required
- Daily Caseload: Varies
- Floating: May be asked to cross cover different treatment machines; no floating to sister facilities
Experience & Certification Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in specialty

- BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross acceptable)

Certifications & Competencies
- Basic Life Support (BLS): Required for all clinical staff
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): Required as per unit/job description (check specifics)
- Other Certifications:
- PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, NIH Stroke Certification as applicable by unit
- Competency Exams: Required, including medication/pharmacology competency and color blind testing
- Radiation Badge: Mandatory for all Radiology/Cardiology travelers; process managed by agency
Health & Safety Requirements
- Physical Exam: Initial and annual physical exam attesting ability to meet job demands
- Fit Mask Test: N95 fit test within 90 days prior to start, renewed annually
- Immunizations & Titers:
- Tdap within 10 years or declination form
- Negative TB test (T-spot or Q-Gold) within 90 days or proof of prior positive with chest x-ray
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella: Positive titer or vaccination series required; boosters if low titer
- Hepatitis B: Titer, vaccine series, or declination required
- Flu Vaccine: Required during flu season or medical/religious exemption accepted (no declinations)
- Drug Testing: 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
Facility Specific Requirements
- Orientation: Completion of First Day Instructions (FDI) and OurDay modules prior to start (approx. 2 hours)
- Photo for Badge: Clear, passport-style photo with solid light background, frontal view, business casual attire
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Not required but highly preferred; vaccination records must be uploaded or declination form completed
