Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Beaufort, South Carolina
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Contract length: 4 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in South Carolina
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Endoscopy experience within the last year
• 1 year of Endoscopy experience
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius
• Government-issued photo ID
• NURSYS verification for RNs
• BLS certification
• Complete application/resume
• 2 clinical references
• Performance evaluation required if the candidate has ever completed one or more assignments through any agency
• Employment application
• Skills checklist for the applicable unit

Preferred

• TB questionnaire on file prior to start

Additional Requirements

• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
• HHS/OIG screening
• Physical exam
• Tdap within 10 years of start or facility-specific declination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Drug Testing, Flu vaccination/documentation, and COVID documentation or declination as specified by the source
• Facility-specific documents and acknowledgements
• Relias program modules before first shift and orientation
