Overview

Travel/Contract role in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Day shift: Thursday-Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with alternate Wednesdays
36 hours per week
Unit accepts first-time travelers
Local candidates are not accepted; local radius is 75 miles
Level 2 Trauma Hospital
CT area includes 4 scanners: 2 in the department, 1 in the ED, and 1 at an outpatient imaging center

Required Qualifications

CT Technologist with 1 year of experience
CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (R)
BLS issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, RQI, or American Safety and Health Institute
Drivers License/State ID
Education Verification
7 Year Background Check
Work History Verification for 7 years
Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen within 90 days of start
Physical Exam within 12 months of start
Fit Test within 1 year of start
Adult TDAP Vaccine within 10 years of start
Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start
Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella immunization or titer documentation as specified in the source
Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
Clear headshot for badge
Employment application/resume
Unit-specific skills checklist
Color blind testing
Competency exam
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
E-Verify for direct candidates; attestation required for sub candidates
