Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Monroe, Georgia
• Home health assignment with home visits and periodic office meetings
• Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Georgia
• Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience working with Adult patients
• Experience in a(n) Home Health setting
• Driver's License
• Experience with Homecare Homebase

Assignment Details

• Average patient load: 5-6 patients per day
• Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
• Types of cases: Start of Care and Follow Ups
• Visits may include both patients’ homes and care facilities
• No guaranteed hours
• May float to a nearby clinic if patient census is low
• Territory is shared with Conyers
• Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Travel time is compensated from patient home to patient home; commute to the first and last patient is not billable

• Weekend schedule varies by location and profession
• On-call requirement varies by job/location
• Some positions in the western territory may use a Baylor shift schedule: 4x10s, Friday-Monday
• Most positions use a standard 5x8 Monday-Friday schedule
